Your membership includes treatments and/or products planned over a 12-month period, based on your personalised skincare and treatment recommendations.

Appointments should be scheduled as advised by your practitioner to maintain optimal results throughout the year.

Any unused treatments, sessions, or product credits will expire at the end of your membership term and cannot be carried over, refunded, or transferred.

We recommend booking your appointments in advance to stay on track with your treatment plan.
Your practitioner may adjust your recommended treatments if your skin’s needs change — this will always be discussed with you beforehand.

The clinic may update or make small changes to the membership programme when required, but reasonable notice will always be given.
