Returns & Refunds Policy
ZO® Skin Health Online Shop – SE Medical
Due to the medical-grade nature of the products we sell and strict hygiene and safety requirements, we operate a limited returns policy.
Prescription-Only Products
Prescription-only medicines and products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances once dispensed, in accordance with UK medicines and prescribing regulations.
Non-Prescription (Stock) Products
Returns and refunds for non-prescription items are only accepted if products arrive damaged or faulty.
To be eligible:
• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Clear photographic evidence of damage must be provided
• Products must remain unused and unopened
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Once skincare products leave our control, we are unable to guarantee that returned items have not been opened, used, or contaminated. For hygiene, patient safety, and regulatory reasons, returned products cannot be resold and therefore cannot be accepted unless confirmed as damaged or faulty on arrival.
Refunds or Replacements
If a product is confirmed to be damaged or faulty, we will offer a replacement or refund, in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
