Membership Policy
1. Minimum Membership Term
All memberships have a minimum commitment of 3 months from the date of activation. Memberships cannot be cancelled within the minimum term unless under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of SE Medical.
2. Membership Credit Usage

Membership credit may be redeemed only against eligible aesthetic treatments offered by SE Medical.

Credit cannot be used to purchase or contribute to any medical treatments, which require a prescription-only medicine under UK law.

Credit may only be used in-clinic, not online or via third-party platforms.

Credit cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers, or transferred to another person
3. Complimentary Gifts & Treatments
Complementary treatments and gifts included within Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers are:

Subject to availability and suitability following consultation
Clinical suitability will always take priority.
4. Credit Expiry & Redemption

Unused credit expires after 12 months and cannot be rolled over, extended, or refunded.
5. Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been taken.

If the member becomes medically unsuitable for future treatments, as confirmed by an SE Medical clinician or external medical specialist, credit may be transferred to suitable alternative treatments or skincare products, but no cash refunds will be issued.

No refunds will be provided due to change of mind, relocation, affordability changes, or lack of use.

In situations where SE Medical permanently ceases trading, statutory consumer rights will apply.
6. Membership Upgrade Policy

Members may upgrade to a higher tier at any time; the new pricing will apply from the following billing cycle.

Downgrades are not permitted until completion of the minimum 3-month term.

Upgrade credit cannot be back-dated to prior payments already made.
7. Direct Debit / Recurring Payment Terms

Memberships are paid by monthly recurring direct debit or approved subscription platform.

It is the member’s responsibility to ensure valid and sufficient funds are available each month.

Failed or returned payments may result in:

Immediate suspension of membership benefits, and
-
Additional attempts to collect overdue balance.

Non-payment beyond one calendar month may result in cancellation and loss of accumulated credit without refund.

8. Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Terms

All bookings are subject to availability.

Standard clinic cancellation, deposit and no-show policies apply.

SE Medical reserves the right to decline treatment if clinically unsuitable or contraindicated.

9. Policy Amendments
SE Medical reserves the right to amend membership pricing, terms, or benefits with written notice. Existing members will be notified in advance should any changes occur.
